Zone picking divides the warehouse into zones, each with a dedicated picker. Items consolidate at a downstream pack station. Pays off in larger warehouses with longer walking distances.

CanShip suggests the right box for each order based on item dimensions and weight. Cartonization (Pro tier) optimizes box choice across multi-item orders to minimize ship costs.
Wrong item? Blocked before it ships.
Every item is scanned into the box. If the SKU doesn't match the order, CanShip blocks the pack action. Wrong items don't make it into shipments. Mispick rate goes to near-zero.
Capture from the scale, automatic
Connect your pack scale, CanShip captures weight automatically. Dimensions captured from your DIM scanner or entered manually. Carrier rate calculation runs against actual weight, not estimates.
