Build a job from the Orders list
Select orders, add them to a pick job and assign it to a picker. The job is named for you and tracked from open to done.
Pick and pack

Group orders into a pick job and walk the bins in the order you set. At the bench, every item is scanned into the box, the wrong one is refused, and one order can ship in as many boxes as it needs.

CanShip picks in batches: put one order or several in a job, walk the bins once, and pick each order into its own tote.
Stop by stop, on a phone
The picker runs in a phone browser and steps through the job one bin at a time. Pair a barcode scanner to scan-confirm each stop. Progress is saved on the server, so a reload picks up where it left off.
Your pick path
Stops come in the walk order you set on your bins. Stock allocated by hand from an overstock bin is flagged at the stop.
One tote per order
Each order in a job is picked into its own tote, and a tote can't hold two orders at once.
Can't find it? Say so.
A picker who can't find a unit marks it Can't Find, and the exception is recorded.
Expired lots, in words
An expired lot reads EXPIRED at the stop and at the packing station, and a lot close to expiry shows its date, so the right box gets picked.

The wrong item is refused
Scan the tote to load the order, then scan each item into the box. A scan that isn't on the order is refused, and the screen lists what's still to pack.
One order, several boxes
Split an order across boxes. Each box gets its own weight, its own rate and its own label.
Any box, stated not assumed
Choose from your box list, enter a one-off box, envelope or polybag, or ship in the product's own box. A label can't be bought until this parcel's weight and dimensions are confirmed.
What's in the box, with lots
At the weight step, a list shows what's in the box being weighed, with lot numbers where they apply.
Save a box without a label
Pack a box and come back to buy the label later. Scanning the tote again doesn't undo the work.
One slip per box
Each box gets its own slip under your client's name, with the store's order number, that box's lines and lots, and no prices.
