Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. Each label you buy counts as a shipment, returns count too, and voided labels are credited back. Go over your plan's shipments and you keep shipping at your plan's per-shipment rate. Annual pricing applies to accounts billed directly by CanShip. The CanShip App for Shopify is billed by Shopify in US dollars: see shopify.canship.co.

What every plan includes.
You don't pay more for carriers, rate shopping or lot tracking. You pay for more shipments, more channels and more clients.
No fee per label
You ship on your own carrier accounts at your own negotiated rates. CanShip adds nothing to the carrier's price.
Rate shopping
Quote an order across every carrier you connect and pick the service. The rate browser prices a lane before an order exists.
Lots and expiry
Track lot numbers and expiry dates, and allocate the first-expiring stock first (FEFO) or the oldest stock first (FIFO).
CSV export
Export inventory and reports to CSV, and filter reports by client.
Hosted in Canada
Our database and servers run in AWS Canada (Central), in Montreal. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Our security page lists the exceptions.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Book a demo and we'll get you started.
How are shipments counted?
Each label you buy counts as one shipment, and so does each return. A voided label is credited back. The count runs over your monthly billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my plan's shipments?
You keep shipping. Nothing stops. Extra shipments cost $0.15 each on Starter, $0.10 on Grow and $0.07 on Pro. Grow becomes the cheaper plan at 1,833 shipments a month, and Pro at 10,000.
Which carriers can I use?
All of them, on every plan: Canada Post, UPS, FleetOptics, UniUni and Stallion Express, plus Canpar and other carriers in your ShipStation account. FedEx rates work today and FedEx labels are coming. Purolator and a direct Canpar connection are coming too. You use your own carrier accounts, and CanShip adds no fee per label.
What are Starter's limits?
Starter covers one client and one warehouse, with Shopify as the only sales channel. Grow adds any sales channel we support, unlimited clients and unlimited warehouses. Pro adds read-only logins for your clients.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is ten months' price for twelve months: $990, $2,990 or $9,990 CAD a year. It's available on accounts billed directly by CanShip.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are before tax. GST, HST, PST or QST is added based on your billing address.
Is my data stored in Canada?
Our database, application servers and backups run in AWS Canada (Central), in Montreal. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and carriers receive the shipment details they need to make a label. Our security page lists the exceptions.
