What currency are invoices in?
All CanShip invoices are issued in Canadian dollars. Your card is charged in CAD. No currency conversion, no FX fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the Free tier includes 50 shipments per month with a 14-day grace period. We also offer a guided 30-day onboarding with your dedicated specialist on paid plans.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you charge per-order fees?
Your monthly plan covers your shipment volume. We do not auto-charge overages. The Free tier uses a transparent per-shipment fee model after the 14-day grace period.
Do you support French?
French packing slips ship on every plan, Free through Enterprise. Pro and Enterprise plans add a full bilingual EN and FR UI for both your team and your 3PL clients.
Is my data stored in Canada?
Yes. All data is hosted in Montreal. We do not store Canadian data on US servers. PIPEDA documentation included on Pro and Enterprise plans.
